Malcolm Elliott has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Malcolm began their career in 1988 as an Assistant Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland. In 1993, they moved to The Chase Manhattan Bank as a Corporate Credit analyst. In 1996, they joined the Financial Services Authority as an Associate (Banks & Building Societies Supervision). In 2002, they joined Legal & General as a Director, Risk & Governance (Wealth Management) and a Risk & Regulatory Controls Director (Mortgage Distribution). Malcolm was also Head of Compliance Risk. In 2010, they moved to Just Retirement as Head of Risk Reporting. In 2012, they joined Charity Bank as Head of Governance and Deputy CEO, CRO and Board Director.

Malcolm Elliott attended the University of Southampton from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics.
