Penelope Hsu

Penelope Hsu is an experienced executive coach and attending physician with a diverse background in healthcare and leadership coaching. Since December 2015, Penelope Hsu has operated as an executive coach, focusing on enhancing the balance between passion and responsibility while providing stress management and wellness training to various organizations. At the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center, Penelope Hsu has served as an attending physician, emphasizing well child care and support for the immigrant community since January 2010. Previous roles include attending physician positions at One Medical Group, PM Pediatrics, New York Hospital Queens, Lawrence Menzer MD, Pediatric Acute Care Medical Associates, and Children's Hospital Los Angeles, where responsibilities spanned primary care and urgent care services. Penelope Hsu holds a Doctor of Medicine from SUNY Upstate Medical University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a certification as a professional coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
