Anna Phillips Assoc. CIPD has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Anna began their career as an English Language Teacher at Web International English in 2011. In 2012, they joined P.E.S company as a Coordinations & Applications Manager, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, Anna moved to WRS - Worldwide Recruitment Solutions, where they served as a Recruitment Consultant for a brief period. Later in 2016, they joined Charles Owen as an Interim HR & Payroll Assistant, and then progressed to the role of HR & Payroll Coordinator. Currently, Anna holds the position of Head of People & Talent Development at Charles Owen, a role they assumed in August 2021.

Anna Phillips Assoc. CIPD has a comprehensive education history. Anna completed their CIPD Level 7 in Human Resources from ICS Learn in 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in International Management/Global HRM from the University of Liverpool and completed it in 2015. In 2018, Anna earned their CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources from ICS Learn.

Anna also holds a certification in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor, which they obtained in 2012 from ICAL TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). Additionally, Anna holds a Supervisory in Hospitality qualification from Argyle Training, completed in 2010. In 2008, they completed a BTEC Level 3 in Travel and Tourism from Walford and North Shropshire College. Finally, Anna completed their GCSEs from Rhyn Park High School in 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, Anna has obtained several from Peninsula UK. Anna also holds a certification in working at height (H&S) from Peninsula obtained in 2017.
