Justin Ballinger

Justin Ballinger is an experienced professional in the fields of electrical and mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and maritime operations. Currently serving as a USCG MLEA Instructor at Metris Global since November 2019, Justin also holds the position of Senior Technician at Charles River Analytics since January 2013, where responsibilities include operational support for R&D projects under the Office of Naval Research. Previously, Justin served as a Senior Technician Shop Manager and Operator/Technician within the U.S. Coast Guard, contributing expertise in electrical systems and maritime law enforcement. Educational credentials include an Associate of Science in Applied Sciences from LCB Boston and specialized training in military applied sciences from the USCG Weapons and Engineering Academy and Engineering School.
