Nicky West

Nicky West started their work experience in 2003 as an Exeter University Market Researcher for The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers. They were chosen as one of the star contributors to the publication and had the opportunity to meet several employers. In 2004, they joined Barclays Wealth as a Trainee Portfolio Manager and worked there until 2007. In the same year, they joined Charles Stanley as a Portfolio Manager & Branch Director, where they currently hold their position.

Nicky West attended the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an SII Diploma with a focus on Regulation & Compliance, Private Clients, and Interpretation of Financial Statements. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, Nicky attended the University of Exeter and obtained a BA Hons degree in Economics. Their earlier education took place at Alice Ottley School from 1992 to 2000, where they studied Maths, Economics, Spanish, and General Studies.
