Philip Vickers

Philip Vickers has held various HR roles at John Lewis and Charles Tyrwhitt. Philip is currently the Director of HR for the UK and USA at Charles Tyrwhitt, focusing on creating an inclusive work environment. Prior to this, Philip worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at John Lewis Partnership and as HR Business Partner in different roles within John Lewis, where Philip was responsible for talent management, employee engagement, resourcing, and organizational design. Philip has a BA Hons in Finance and Business Economics from Newcastle University.
