Jerome P. McCluskey

Before joining Charlesbank in 2022, Jerome was a partner in the New York office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Global Leveraged Finance Group, representing Charlesbank on a number of credit investments. At Milbank, Jerome focused his practice on representation of banks and other financial institutions in a wide variety of financing transactions.

A native of Bloomington, Indiana, Jerome now lives with his family in New York City. In his free time, he enjoys tennis, snowboarding, basketball and any other outdoor family activities.
