Ashley Bowen

Ashley Bowen has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Charleston's Restaurant since July 2018, where prior roles included Bar Manager and Manager in Training. From June 2015 to July 2018, Ashley transitioned through three different concepts within the Hal Smith Restaurant Group, working as a Bartender. Previous experience includes a position as a Waitress at Texas Roadhouse and a Corporate Trainer at Olive Garden. Additionally, Ashley worked as a First Aider and Camp Manager at Varsity Camp Administration. Ashley holds a degree in University Studies with a focus on Athletic Training from Oklahoma State University, completing studies in 2015.
