Eve Sweeting

Eve Sweeting is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as Legislative Manager for the Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners since September 2023. Previously, Eve held various leadership roles at HR Florida State Council, Inc., including Membership Director, Awards and Recognition Director, and Diversity and Inclusion Director, where notable initiatives were launched such as mental health training and recruitment campaigns for underrepresented talent. Additional experience includes serving as Performance and Accountability Officer for the City of North Port Florida, where Eve integrated performance management processes, and as Director of Human Resources & Training at Tyndall Federal Credit Union, achieving substantial cost savings and operational efficiencies. Eve's earlier roles spanned projects and human resources management at Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners and Fishermen's Village, along with educational positions. Eve holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University.
