Kevin Walker

Kevin Walker is a Talent Development Manager at Charnwood Discovery, where Kevin maximizes the potential of employees through talent acquisition and management. Kevin also serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for aligning acquisition strategies with organizational objectives. At RL100, Kevin is part of the Future Leaders program that aims to elevate resourcing standards globally. Previously, at UPS, Kevin was the Lead Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Business Partner, collaborating with stakeholders to implement people plans. Kevin holds a degree in Business and Financial Services from Nottingham Business School at Nottingham Trent University.
