Nina Strassner

Nina Strassner serves as the Head of People Transformation Management at SAP since October 2019, leading initiatives in diversity, employee engagement, and workplace inclusivity. In addition to the role at SAP, Nina holds positions such as Chairwoman of the Board for Charta der Vielfalt, Expert Columnist for WirtschaftsWoche, and Board Certified Attorney in Labour Law. As an academic, Nina contributes as a Master in IT and IP Law and has extensive experience in teaching Labour Law at various institutions. Nina has also authored works on economic literature and serves in several advisory and board roles, showcasing a commitment to advancing diversity and legal education. Through diverse educational qualifications, including multiple advanced law degrees from Stellenbosch University and Kiel University, Nina Strassner demonstrates a comprehensive legal and managerial expertise.
