Ray Shaw

Ray Shaw is a seasoned professional in customs and international trade, currently serving as a Licensed U.S. Customs Broker at Charter Brokerage LLC since January 2021. With extensive experience since 1974, Ray has held significant positions including Practice Leader for Customs and Foreign Trade at Ryan, Vice President at Ryan Drawback Services LLC, and Senior Advisor for Global Free Trade Zones at Expeditors Tradewin, LLC. Notably, Ray founded Aligned Border Solutions LLC after retiring from Ernst & Young LLC, where Ray served as Executive Director specializing in customs mechanisms. Ray was also the President of the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones, and has held various roles at Arthur Andersen LLP, United Technologies, and NCR Corporation, focusing on customs strategies and global supply chain support. Ray holds an AOS in Accounting from Bryant & Stratton College.
