Lisa Giuntoli

Lisa Giuntoli has over 25 years of experience in communication and organizational development roles. Lisa is currently the Director of Communications & Community Relations at Charter Manufacturing, where they lead the development of internal and external communication strategies. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Harley-Davidson Motor Company as an Organizational Development Manager and as the Director of Operations Communication. At ManpowerGroup, they served as the Internal Communications Manager, leading strategic planning and execution of internal communications. Lisa also held the position of Global Employee Communication Manager at Rockwell Automation and Communications Manager at the American Society for Quality. Earlier in their career, they were the Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Mark Travel. Throughout their career, Lisa has contributed to employee engagement, organizational alignment, leadership development, and change management initiatives.

Lisa Giuntoli has a strong educational background in communications and public relations. Lisa obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations from Marquette University, although the specific years for this degree are unknown. Lisa then pursued further education at Marquette University and achieved a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Communications, which took place from 1987 to 1997.
