Rob Rogers has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rob started their career in 2006 as an Officer and Engineer in the United States Air Force, where they served in various locations globally until 2012. After that, they worked as a Student Consultant at Belcorp in 2013 and as a Global Manufacturing Operations Intern at Cisco Systems in the same year.
In 2014, Rob joined Kearney as a Manager, where they successfully reversed declining revenues for a security services company through a novel pricing strategy, resulting in $11 million in additional profits in just one year.
In 2018, Rob joined Guardian Industries as the Director of Strategy and Development, where they brought a data-backed approach to product development prioritization and created new revenue streams for a European product launch. Rob later transitioned into the role of Director of Pricing Strategy, where they overhauled pricing practices, improved cost competitiveness, and brokered agreements between competing business units.
Currently, Rob is working at Charter Next Generation as a Senior Director of Pricing Strategy, starting in 2023. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in pricing strategy, strategy development, revenue optimization, and problem-solving skills.
Rob Rogers holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy and Operations from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Rob also completed their undergraduate studies at the United States Air Force Academy, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Systems Engineering.
