Elisa Perry

Elisa brings 16 years of experience in HR Leadership, Organizational Development, Recruiting Management, Non-Profit Business Operations Management to our team. She has a BA in Business and an MA in Psychology from The University of Santa Monica (USM). She chose USM for its unique curriculum co-taught by the pioneers in the field. Elisa was so drawn to that form of experiential education that not long after she graduated, she also became an employee—directing the HR and Operations function for the University for 8.5 years. She also holds an SHRM-SCP certification.

Elisa joined CSC because of the mission and how the organization supports education. She considers herself a life-long learner, and alternative forms of education such as Charter Schools resonate deeply with her values. What excites her about CSC is that we have the heart of a non-profit backed by brilliant minds with high levels of business acumen and the resources to make a real difference. Supporting this organization in expanding internal HR Services and becoming a best-in-class employer is just the kind of work that gives Elisa energy.

Outside of work, Elisa enjoys the great Pacific Northwest outdoors, adventures with her daughter, and volunteering at the Portland Audubon. At Portland Audubon, she gets to admit sick or injured birds and other animals into the Wildlife Care Center for rehabilitation and eventual release back into the wild.
