Elisa Perry, MA, SHRM-SCP

Elisa Perry has a robust work history with experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 2006, they served as the Staffing Branch Manager at Volt Workforce Solutions, overseeing sales, recruitment, and administrative operations for two branch offices and managing a team of 12 employees. Elisa then transitioned to the University of Santa Monica, where they held the role of Director of Human Resources and Operations. In this position, Elisa directed various departments and played a critical role in transforming the organization into a virtual model. Elisa also spearheaded the acquisition and integration of an HRIS system and successfully negotiated a worker's compensation insurance provider, reducing costs. Most recently, Elisa joined Charter School Capital as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, they lead the HR strategy and operations for an organization spanning 15 states and is responsible for expanding people operations into the UK. Elisa has implemented streamlined HR processes and technology solutions, significantly reducing administrative time and improving accuracy.

Elisa Perry holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Behavior from the American Intercontinental University. Additionally, in August 2017, Elisa obtained the certification of SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
