Paul Richey

Paul Richey has a diverse work experience. Paul started as a Valuation Analyst at Tax Advisors, PLLC in October 2011 and worked there until February 2014. Following this, they joined Norris & Stevens, Inc. and worked as an On Site Manager from June 2014 to November 2015. Paul then became a Licensed Loan Assistant at Sierra Pacific Mortgage in November 2015 and stayed there until October 2017. Paul joined U.S. Bank in October 2017 as a Mortgage Loan Officer and worked until September 2018. Paul then worked as a Due Diligence / Acquisitions Analyst at Harsch Investment Properties from September 2018 to May 2021. After that, they served as a Financial Analyst at CPX from June 2021 to January 2023. Presently, they are working as a Real Estate Underwriting Manager at Charter School Capital, starting from March 2023.

Paul Richey earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Real Estate Finance from the Portland State University - School of Business. Paul attended the university from 2008 to 2011.
