Shona Tarrant

Shona has 20 years of people and culture leadership experience, as well as broader experience in strategy, performance and innovation.

She has worked across manufacturing, consulting, construction, and FMCG industries, supporting organisations through start up, growth, mergers and acquisitions. Shona joins us from Harris Farm Markets, where she was the Director, Performance, People and Culture for the past six years.

In her role, Shona is focused on the development of the culture and capabilities and to strengthen the position of People and Culture as an effective partner to our organisation.
