Berni Lee

Berni Lee has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of HR. In 2010, they started as an HR Manager at Blue Oil Services Ltd and held this role until 2012. From 2011 to 2012, they served as the Head of HR at Six Degrees Technology Group Ltd. In 2013, they joined Woods Bagot Europe Ltd as the People & Culture Manager, Europe. Berni then worked as the Global Talent Manager at Beamly in 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they were the HR Director at Vision RT Ltd. In 2017, they took on the role of HR Director at Phrasee Ltd. In 2018, they became an HR Consultant at MyDrive Solutions Limited, where they worked until 2019. Berni also worked as an HR Professional at iRiS Software Systems Ltd in 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they served as an HR Consultant at Shephard Media. Currently, Berni holds the position of HR Director at Charterhouse Group, starting in 2023.

Berni Lee obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and French from the University of Leeds, which they attended from 1985 to 1989. In 1997, they pursued further education at Kingston University and completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in HR Management in 1998.
