Jotesh Lohia

Jotesh Lohia, CFA, currently serves as a Senior Analyst at Chartwell Retirement Residences since March 2022, focusing on financial modeling for acquisition and development opportunities while preparing documents for Investment Committee submissions and approvals. Previously, Jotesh worked at Magnus Investments Limited from August 2013 to March 2022 in Portfolio Management and Analysis. Early career experiences include internships at Bank Alfalah Limited and EY in 2011 and 2012, respectively. Jotesh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Lahore University of Management Sciences, completed in 2013, and has been a CFA Charterholder since August 2017.
