Amanda Baca

Amanda Baca currently serves as the Senior Convention Services Manager at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort, beginning in August 2023, following a tenure at Delaware North @ Truist Park as Catering Manager. Since 2016, Amanda has also worked as a Wine Consultant at Reinert Wine Consulting. Previous roles include Operations Manager Catering at Main Event and Assistant General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings. From 2012 to 2016, Amanda was the Suites and Catering Manager for Spectra by Comcast Spectacor, overseeing premium catering services at a stadium. Earlier experience includes Sales Manager positions at Residence Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton, where responsibilities encompassed maximizing revenue through client relationships and sales strategies. Amanda is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality at Strayer University, with an expected graduation in November 2024.
