Kate Qian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, data analytics, digital marketing, and engineering. Currently serving as Head of Customer Success at ChatLabs since May 2021, Kate previously held a variety of roles at EF Education First, including Data & Analytics Director and Business Process Re-engineering Manager, from July 2017 to June 2021. Early career experiences include a Technical Specialist position at Mass General Hospital and various engineering roles, including an internship at SINOPEC Beijing Yansan Company. Kate holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Columbia University and an MBA from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
