Joe Infranco

Joe Infranco, AAP, has a strong background in the banking industry with experience in operations management and product innovation. Joe most recently worked as the Director of Product Innovation at CheckAlt starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the National Receivables Operations Manager at Western Alliance Bank from December 2016 to January 2023. Joe also worked at Silicon Valley Bank, where they held roles including Business Information Analyst from October 2015 to December 2016, and Operations Officer from April 2012 to October 2015. Joe began their career at MidFirst Bank as a Sr. Operations Supervisor from May 2008 to April 2012.

Joe Infranco, AAP holds an MBA in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, which they earned from 2012 to 2014. Joe also has a BA in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Arizona State University, obtained from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they hold additional certifications as an Accredited ACH Professional from NACHA - The Electronic Payments Association, obtained in 2015, and as a Notary Public from the Arizona Secretary of State, obtained in August 2008.
