George Hrstic

George Hrstic has a strong background in executive search and talent acquisition. George is currently serving as the Director of Executive & Commercial Talent Acquisition at Checkout.com. Prior to this, they were the Head of Executive & Leadership Hiring at Skyscanner, where they were responsible for executive hiring and providing counsel on talent strategy. Before that, they worked at Expedia Group as the Head of Executive Search for EMEA & APAC, leading senior-level hiring for multiple brands within the group. George also gained experience in executive search at Spencer Stuart and Harvey Nash Group. At Paradigm Recruitment, they worked as a Senior Researcher, handling various contingent and retained assignments for leading technology companies.

George Hrstic completed their BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies from The Open University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in February 2023.
