Hicham CHENAOUI has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Hicham started their career at WORMS ENTREPRISES, where they completed an internship as a Technical Sales intern in 2009. Hicham then moved on to Assofac, where they served as an Internship Business Development Assistant in 2012.

In 2014, Hicham joined Foncia Real Estate Consultants as a Real Estate Agent. Their responsibilities included surveying the geographical area, communicating with potential clients, and managing the customer reception desk. Hicham also contributed to property valuation and created reference guides to assist staff.

From 2015 to 2015, Hicham worked as a Policy Consultant at MAI (Groupe Banque Populaire). In this role, they communicated with insured members via telephone on a global scale, transferred relevant information to partner companies, and implemented new procedures to fulfill customer requests.

Starting in 2016, Hicham joined Voxpro as a Mangopay Sales Specialist and Account Manager for Western Europe. Hicham identified new platform partners in the Crowdfunding, Marketplaces, and Sharing Economy sectors. Hicham's contributions were integral to the company's success in expanding its customer base.

In the same year, they also took on a short-term role as a Manager at Oxfam, where they gained valuable leadership experience.

Hicham's career then led him to MANGOPAY.com, where they worked from 2016 to 2019. Hicham initially served as a Sales Executive and Key Account Manager, responsible for handling a portfolio of 60 clients. Their role involved participating in tradeshows, negotiating and onboarding new clients, conducting client meetings, and optimizing transaction volume. Hicham also provided training on Mangopay's dashboard and advised on platform payment flows.

Most recently, Hicham joined Checkout.com in 2019 and has held multiple roles within the company. Hicham started as a Customer Success Manager, ensuring the success of the company's customers. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager, and in 2021, they assumed the position of Director Customer Success for France and Italy.

Hicham Chenaoui studied at Le Corbusier from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a BTS degree in Technical Sales. Later, they attended ISTEC - Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et de Marketing from 2012 to 2013, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing (Bachelor 3).
