Msc Alex Majd

Alex Majd, MSc has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2015, Alex served as the Director & Head Coach of Men's and Women's Lacrosse at Durham University. In 2015, Alex also played as an International Lacrosse Player for Team England, winning Gold at the 2016 ELF European Championships.

Continuing their passion for lacrosse, Alex worked as an Assistant Coach and Offensive Coordinator for the Swedish Senior Men's National Lacrosse Team from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they contributed to the team's success, placing in the Top 25 at the 2018 FIL World Cup.

In 2016, Alex joined TopYa! as a Customer Success Manager and later transitioned to the role of Account Executive. In 2017, Alex founded InZone Athletics, a fitness brand focused on motivating individuals to achieve their fitness, personal, and career goals while giving back to charities.

Alex's professional journey expanded further in 2018 when they became an Account Executive for the Florida Panthers, where they specialized in new business development. Alex then moved on to the Premier Lacrosse League in 2019, taking on the role of General Manager for Ticket Sales.

In 2020, Alex joined Yext as an Account Executive, managing SMB accounts. Alex later transitioned to the role of Business Development Representative for mid-market clients. Alex continued their career growth at FullStory in 2021, working as an Account Executive, achieving 130% Quota Attainment and being recognized on LinkedIn Top Startups and Deloitte's Fast 500.

Currently, Alex holds the position of Account Executive, Mid-Market at Checkr, Inc., starting in October 2022. Their experience encompasses sales, coaching, team management, and international sports participation.

Alex Majd, MSc has pursued a diverse education history. In 2014-2015, they attended Durham University Business School, where they earned a Master of Management (MSc) degree with a specialization in International Business. Prior to that, from 2013-2014, Alex pursued a Master of Arts in Teaching degree at Drew University, focusing on Social Studies. They also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Drew University, which they obtained between 2009 and 2013.

In terms of certifications, Alex obtained the FCRA Basic Certificate from PBSA in October 2022. Additionally, they acquired the FullStory DXI Product Fundamentals Certification from FullStory in August 2022. In October 2020, Alex completed the Hitchhikers | NLP Search, DKM, UX certification program through Yext.
