Eli Weiss has over ten years of experience in accounting and financial management. Eli began their career at Dumont Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care, where they managed all aspects of patient accounts. This included billing, collections, and disbursements. Eli also conducted monthly audits and reviews of all accounts.

In 2014, Eli founded Yumware, a manufacturer and online retailer of home and kitchen products. As CEO, they were responsible for all aspects of the business, from product development and manufacturing to marketing and sales. During their time at Yumware, Eli grew the company from a start-up to a successful small business.

In their current role as Chief Strategy Officer at Chefman, Eli is responsible for developing and executing the company's growth strategy. Eli is also responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company.

Eli Weiss began their educational career by studying Talmudic Studies at Mir Yeshiva. Eli then continued their studies at Yeshivath Beth Moshe, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Talmudic Studies. After completing their undergraduate studies, Eli Weiss enrolled at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where they earned a Master of Science in Accounting.
