Chad Kinch has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Food Technologist, R&D Baking Technician, and Quality Assurance Technician at Chelsea Milling Company since June 2016. In addition to this role, Chad contributes to the Waterloo Area Historical Society as a Board Trustee since September 2021 and has been a Firefighter/MFR with the Henrietta Township Fire Department since September 2007. Previously, Chad worked at Dawn Food Products from August 2004 to January 2016 as an NPD Food Technician and Quality Technician. Chad holds a Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts from Washtenaw Community College (2017-2019) and is a graduate of Northwest High School (2000-2004).
