Bengie Ubales has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they were a College Instructor at Northern Leyte College where they were a member of the Philippine Society of Information Technology Educator’s (PSITE) and a defense panel for fourth year college students thesis. In 2009, they began working as an IT Engineer at Advanced Construction Company where they oversaw the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networked information systems. From 2012 to 2014, they were an Information Technology Officer at E-fox Solution, where they were responsible for overseeing the installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Tier2 System Administrator at Dreamscape Networks Limited, where they installed new/rebuilt existing servers and configured hardware, services, TCP/IP configuration, directories, storage, etc. Finally, since 2018 they have been a Technical Support Specialist (Level 2) at HostPapa, where they provide Level 2 technical support assistance to customers on shared hosting, reseller hosting and VPS hosting.

Bengie Ubales obtained a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Asian Development Foundation College between 2006 and 2009, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Cebu between 1999 and 2003. Bengie has also obtained three additional certifications: cPanel & WHM Sales Professional (CPSP) from cPanel in May 2020, Imunify360 Certification (I360CP) from Imunify360 in May 2020, and cPanel Professional Certification (CPP) from cPanel in August 2019.
