Dan Castillo

Dan Castillo is a construction manager who has been working in the industry for over 20 years. Dan started their career as a lead project engineer and subcontractor scope manager for CH2M, a engineering firm. Dan then transitioned into program construction management, where they were responsible for the overall construction portfolio for the Water Utility Expansion Program. In this role, they were accountable to corporate leadership for delivery performance across the construction portfolio. Dan also oversaw individual construction projects and project management teams within the program. Dan has been with Cherokee Federal for just over a year now, and in their current role as Cherokee CCRC/CNCS, they are responsible for capital improvement projects, construction planning, risk assessment, estimating and delivery methodology.

A direct report to Dan Castillo is and Shanda Walburn - Project Controls Manager. They are on a team with Bill Owens - OGM - CN Mechanical, John Reilly - Business Development Director, and John Sparkman - OGM - CN Facilities Management. Dan Castillo reports to Jodie Gilbert, EGM.
