Mark Ruksc has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mark began their career in 1989 as a Manufacturing Engineer in the US Army before transitioning to the role of Electronic Engineer. In 1991, they joined the US Air Force Reserve as a Project Manager until 1998.
In 1998, Mark started working for the United States Air Force, where they held various roles, including Project Manager, Program Manager, and Environmental Program Manager. Mark served in these capacities until 2011 when they joined Portage Inc. as a Project Manager.
Mark joined the United States Marine Corps in 2012 as a Camp Planner and later became the Director of Planning. Mark served in these roles until November 2012 when they rejoined the United States Air Force as Chief of Project Management. Mark continued in this role until October 2018 when they became a Chief Project Manager in the United States Marine Corps.
In August 2020, Mark took on the role of Chief, Project Management in the United States Air Force. Mark served in this position until June 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Project Manager at Cherokee Federal, where they have been since June 2023.
Throughout their career, Mark has gained extensive experience in project management, program management, and planning, working in both the military and civilian sectors.
Mark Ruksc obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University at Buffalo from 1984 to 1989. Mark later pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1999.
