Stephan Pereira

Stephan Pereira has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to program management, sales, security, and intelligence.

Stephan is currently working as a Program Analyst at Cherokee Federal, where they assist with the strategy and implementation of project and program plans for the Office of Regional Peace and Security in the Department of State's Bureau of African Affairs.

Prior to this, Stephan served as the Director of Sales for Latin America and Africa at OSPREA LOGISTICS LIMITED from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they analyzed and exploited new business opportunities, managed client relationships, and developed strategic partnerships.

From 2017 to 2020, Stephan worked at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency as the Africa Team Lead and Regional Project Manager for the International Counterproliferation Program. Stephan managed a team and oversaw security operations, including the first direct flight from Kenya to New York City.

Stephan has also served in various roles in the US Army, including Foreign Affairs Officer and Intelligence Officer. Stephan supervised personnel, conducted interrogations, and provided oversight of the Signals Intelligence Section.
