Victoria Fostini-Frank

Victoria Fostini-Frank has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they served as a Fine Arts Assistant at Northampton Community College, where they assisted with gallery showings, photo development, event planning, and other administrative tasks. In 2015, they worked as a Mortgage Marketing Specialist at VanDyk Mortgage Corporation, managing client relationships through email marketing campaigns and social media engagement. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Sales Operations and Data Analyst at Verizon Connect, analyzing sales data and implementing strategic plans. In 2018, they interned as a Digital Apprentice at GenM, honing their skills in digital marketing. In the same year, they became a Senior Account Executive at ReminderMedia, acquiring over 400 new clients and maintaining a high retention rate. In 2020, they worked as a Business Development Executive at ThumbStopper®, building and managing a customer base in the social media marketing vertical. Victoria then joined Kforce Inc as an Information Technology Recruiter I, where they built and managed a customer base in various locations. In 2021, they became an Information Technology Recruiter II at Cherokee Federal, successfully filling multiple IT roles and generating significant contract values. In 2022, they worked as an Information Technology Recruiter L5 at Amazon, hiring IT professionals for critical roles and training team members. Finally, they returned to Cherokee Federal in 2023 as a Lead Sourcing Recruiter, responsible for building the brand and managing a team of sourcers. Throughout their career, Victoria has utilized various sourcing methods, screened candidates for specific requirements, and demonstrated exceptional recruitment and networking skills.

Victoria Fostini-Frank attended Northampton Community College from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Sociology. In October 2014, they received a Leadership Certification from Northampton Community College. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn in November 2021, the Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS, an ADP company, in July 2023, and the Certified Internet Recruiter certification, also from AIRS, an ADP company, in June 2023.
