Katy Uhl

Katy Uhl serves as Chief Human Resource Officer for Cherry Creek Mortgage and oversees strategic human resources management, including talent acquisition, organizational and performance management, training and development, compensation, and benefits. She believes in driving business success through principled leadership, strong HR acumen, teamwork, and creativity.

Katy has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, with the last eight in the financial industry. She came to Cherry Creek Mortgage from Covius, a provider of fintech solutions, where she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Covius, Uhl held the same role at LenderLive, a company that provides loan fulfillment, underwriting, and due diligence services for mortgage lenders.
