Rick Seehausen

Rick is a distinguished financial executive that has brought vision and innovation to the banking industry. He was a founding partner of Preserve Financial, Inc. in 1996 and LenderLive Holdings, Inc. in 1999. Rick held various senior leadership positions at LenderLive, leading to him serving as the company’s President and CEO from 2003 to 2017; he was responsible for all strategic planning, company vision, and operations. By the end of Rick’s tenure at LenderLive in 2017, the company had grown to employ more than 1,000 on-shore and offshore associates and generated well in excess of $100MM in annual sales.

Under Rick’s leadership, LenderLive executed a balanced strategy of organic growth and M&A, which culminated in the successful sale of the company to Aquiline Capital Partners in 2015 earning LenderLive’s founding shareholders more than five times return on invested capital.

Throughout his career, Rick recognized and successfully executed six strategic acquisitions.
