Scott Issel

Scott joined Cherry Creek Mortgage Company in June 2014 and currently serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, he has overall responsibility for accounting, finance, and human resources.

Before joining CCMC, Scott held senior-level management positions in the oil and gas and mining industry for over 8 years. Scott has experience in both the private and public sectors and is familiar with international and country-specific accounting standards. Prior to this, he worked as both a financial advisor and portfolio manager for a large private equity group in Colorado. Scott has had direct management responsibility for over 400 employees in his previous roles and brings a strong human resources background to CCMC.

Scott received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
