Jordan Clark has over 10 years of experience in the field of business development and proposal management. In 2004, they served as a Board of Directors for WSLR 96.5 LPFM Community Radio. From 2007-2008, they worked as an International Agriculture Intern for the USDA Foreign Agriculture Service. From 2008-2015, they served as a Senior Manager of Business Development and Proposal Management for RONCO Consulting Corporation. From 2015-2016, they worked as a Management Consultant for Project Management, Proposals, and Business Development. During this time, they provided proposal management consulting for clients and supported business development to articulate and implement win strategies and compliance systems for U.S. Government work. From 2016-2022, they worked as a Senior Director of Business Development, Director of Business Development, Proposal Operations, Manager of Proposal Operations, and Integration Manager for GardaWorld Federal Services. Currently, they are a Director of Federal Strategy for The Chertoff Group.

Jordan Clark attended New College of Florida from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. From 2012 to 2016, they attended The George Washington University School of Business, where they studied Project Management. Jordan is currently attending Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy, where they are pursuing a Master's degree in Policy Management.
