Liz Lacorte

Liz LaCorte has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the non-profit and fundraising sector. Liz is currently serving as the Chief Advancement Officer at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Advancement at the same organization starting in November 2018. Liz also has experience as the Director of Development at both Wye River Upper School and the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. Before their time at the museum, they worked as a Consultant at Mid-Shore Fund Raising from May 2011 to May 2013. Additionally, they have held positions such as Business Development Director at Magnolia Insurance Company, Senior Program Manager at The Jim Moran Foundation, Executive Director at The Key Biscayne Community Foundation, and Associate Director at the American Cancer Society. Overall, Liz LaCorte's work experience highlights their expertise in fundraising, development, and leadership roles within nonprofit organizations.
