Rissa McGurn

Rissa McGurn, MHR, currently serves as Portfolio Manager for Diversity Talent Management and previously held the position of Global Talent Acquisition Diversity Manager at Chevron since May 2022. Prior to this role, Rissa was the Director of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at McDermott International, Ltd from January 2013 to April 2022, supporting engineering and construction solutions in the energy sector. Rissa has extensive experience in corporate partnerships and philanthropy, having worked at Dubai World Trade Centre and naseba, where B2B initiatives were the focus. Early career roles included positions at IIR Middle East and Cheil Worldwide Inc., with a foundation in communication and research. Rissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Penn State University and a Master of Human Relations in Inclusive Leadership from the University of Oklahoma.
