Shay Mayweather

Shay Mayweather is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, volunteer coordination, and disaster relief operations. Currently serving as the Disaster Relief Office Manager at Nomadic Land Services since August 2021, Shay manages financial processes related to wildfire incidents and collaborates with federal teams on substantial budget management. As a Project & Event Organizer for Chicago Cares since February 2019, Shay has successfully coordinated numerous corporate service events and maintained important community relationships. Previous roles include Volunteer Manager at St. Leonard's Ministries, where Shay enhanced volunteer engagement and organized service events, and Civic Engagement Service Leader at City Year, where Shay led numerous volunteer initiatives and provided tutoring support in local schools.
