Andrew Lownes is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at The Local Chicago since December 2013, while also holding the position of Sous Chef at Chicago Cut Steakhouse since September 2012. In these roles, Andrew oversees all kitchen operations during service and manages foodservice staff. Andrew's culinary education includes studies at Des Moines Area Community College and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago.
