Anna Garcia, AICP, currently serves as the PBV Program Manager at the Chicago Housing Authority, where responsibilities include managing the development process for 30-year operating subsidies and overseeing compliance for over 150 affordable housing voucher program contracts. Previously, Anna held the role of Process & Programs Improvement Analyst, successfully updating the Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan and enhancing the agency’s landlord incentive program. Other professional experiences include working as a part-time planner for the Village of Orland Park, a regional planner at the Denver Regional Council of Governments, and a planning intern with the City of Aurora. Anna began a career in housing finance as a Policy & Planning Research Assistant at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, both from The Ohio State University.
