Melanie S. Berks

Melanie S. Berks is a seasoned Attorney Advisor at the Social Security Administration since October 2014, providing legal advice and assistance to Administrative Law Judges while drafting hearing-level decisions and conducting pre-hearing conferences. In addition, Melanie serves as a Volunteer Attorney at the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, assisting clients with various legal matters.
