Caroline Garcia

Caroline Garcia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning architecture and consulting. Currently holding the role of Senior Principal in Learning Architecture at Chick-fil-A Corporate since June 2018, Caroline has also served as an Innovation Coach and Principal Lead within the same organization. Prior to this, Caroline worked at Prophet as an Engagement Manager and in various consulting roles, gaining valuable expertise from June 2012 to June 2018. Earlier career roles include positions at Cambridge Associates as an Analyst and Senior Associate, and at Washington and Lee University as a Lead Intern and Research Fellow. Caroline began her career with an internship at the East River Development Alliance. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, focusing on Poverty and Human Capability, from Washington and Lee University.
