Benita L. Flucker

Benita L. Flucker, CDE®, serves as the Chief Equity and Inclusion Officer and Senior Vice President of Enterprise Development Strategy at HMH. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Benita previously held the position of Senior Vice President for Shared Services at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and also served as Vice President of Permissions, Licensing & Image Services. Prior to that, Benita was the Executive Director of Global Rights & Permissions at Cengage Group. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of Michigan and further studies at the University of Denver.
