Shellby Fabian

Shellby Fabian has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Shellby started their career at VITAL, an architectural design consultancy, where they managed workplace strategy projects for technology clients. Shellby then joined Bessemer Venture Partners as part of the Talent team, supporting the firm's portfolio company founders on people-related topics. Following that, Shellby became an Angel Investor at Une Femme Wines in 2021. In 2022, they became a Founding Member of MINO. Currently, Shellby is working at Chief, where they have held multiple positions, including Director of Community and Director of Member Engagement.

Shellby Fabian has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology & Architectural Studies from Amherst College. They also have attended General Assembly for a User Experience Design program. Additionally, Shellby was salutatorian and received the Social Imagination Award at Drew School. They also served as the Varsity Soccer Captain. Prior to that, Shellby attended The Hamlin School, although their degree and field of study are unknown.
