Christina Waterman

Christina Waterman is an experienced professional in the field of child development and education. Currently serving as the Professional Development Coordinator at the Child Care Alliance of Los Angeles since December 2022, Christina has also held multiple roles at Pacific Oaks College, including Adjunct Faculty, Affiliate Faculty, and Program Manager since February 2017. In the role of Program Manager, responsibilities included creating course schedules, maintaining course materials, monitoring registration, and providing support to the Dean of the School of Education. Prior experience includes Program Supervisor for the Child Care Initiative Project at Crystal Stairs, Inc., Preschool Director at Mt. Washington Preschool & Child Care Centers, Inc., Site Director at the Child Educational Center, and School Age Program Director at the Burbank Community YMCA. Christina holds a Master of Arts in Child Development from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oklahoma State University.
