Debra Pierce

Debra Pierce has extensive experience in early childhood education, holding the position of CDA Curriculum Developer and Course Writer for the State of South Dakota since January 2021, while also serving as an Approved Higher Education Trainer for the State of New Jersey since 2021. As the owner of Early Childhood CDA Training, LLC since 2016, Debra operates as an Approved Training Organization in Indiana. With a long-standing role at Child Care Aware of America, Debra has contributed as a Higher Education Trainer and Certified Course Writer since 2008. Additionally, Debra has been a Professor of Early Childhood Education at Ivy Tech Community College since January 1998. Educational credentials include attendance at Nova Southeastern University and North Park University from 1967 to 1971.
