Aldor H Delp

Aldor H Delp has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1999, they worked as an Assistant Bar Manager at Back Bay Restaurant Group, Inc. In 2001, they transitioned to Kaplan Higher Education where they served as an Accounts Receivable Manager until 2006.

In 2006, Aldor joined ADP and held various leadership positions over the course of 9 years. Aldor H started as the Director of Business Development and later became the Director of Market Intelligence. In 2007, they were promoted to the role of Sr. Director of Implementation Services. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an Implementation Executive, responsible for implementing company solutions for clients. In 2018, Aldor joined Fiserv as the Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff until 2020. During this time, they played a key role in developing strategy and managing day-to-day operations.

In 2020, Aldor moved to Community Brands, where they held the position of Executive Vice President, US K12 Solutions until 2021. Aldor H was responsible for leading and overseeing the K12 Solutions division.

Most recently, Aldor joined ChildPlus Software as the General Manager in 2022. Overall, they have showcased their strong leadership skills and ability to drive strategy and growth in various organizations.
