Senior Program Associate at Children and Family Futures

Sean Couch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mental health and substance use services. Currently serving as a Senior Program Associate at Children and Family Futures since October 2021, Sean provides consultation, training, and technical assistance to enhance policies and practices benefiting families. Previously, as Program Manager at the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services from March 2017 to October 2021, Sean managed the STARS Program, which supports pregnant women with substance use disorders. Prior roles include Director of the Community Intervention Center at People's Church, Statewide Stakeholder Liaison for the Opioid Response Initiative at Pivot, and Director of Telehealth Services at the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. Sean holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Training and Development from the University of Central Oklahoma.
